1. Institutional Quotations & Validity

Formal quotations issued via email, PDF proforma, or WhatsApp are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotations reflect heavy-gauge raw material costs (CRCA steel, LLDPE polymer resins) and applicable GST rates.

2. Order Confirmation & Payment Schedule

Institutional production schedules commence upon receipt of purchase confirmation and standard booking advances:

• Standard Manufacturing Advance: 50% upon purchase order placement.
• Dispatch Clearance: 40% against dispatch documentation and loading photos.
• Handover & Final Sign-Off: 10% upon successful on-site assembly and physical inspection.

3. Transport Dispatch & Regional Delivery

Consignments are transported via dedicated covered carrier fleets or verified logistics partners directly to your campus gate in Ayodhya, Sultanpur, Lucknow, or statewide Uttar Pradesh. Standard turnaround is 7 to 14 working days depending on order volume.

4. On-Site Assembly & Civil Readiness

For outdoor playgrounds and public gym equipment requiring ground anchoring, the client institution ensures clear ground access and civil foundation readiness (concrete base pads or soft play soil beds as specified in pre-installation guides). Our technical crew handles structural bolting, leveling, and testing.

5. Manufacturer Warranty & Longevity

All classroom desks, playground multi-play stations, and outdoor gym equipment carry a standard 12-month structural warranty against manufacturing defects, weld failures, and premature polymer cracking under normal institutional usage.
